These terms govern your use of trendsyounique.com and any order you place with TRENDS YOUNIQUE. By placing an order you accept these terms.

1. Who we are

TRENDS YOUNIQUE is a designer ethnic wear label operating from Jaipur, Rajasthan. You can reach us on WhatsApp 77409 92663 or at care@trendsyounique.com.

2. Products and descriptions

We photograph every style ourselves. Colours can look slightly different from screen to screen, and hand-finished embroidery can vary by a few millimetres — this is normal for karigari, not a defect. Measurements shown on the product page are in inches and are taken flat.

3. Prices and taxes

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay; shipping is free within India. We may change prices or run offers at any time, but the price on your order confirmation is final.

4. Orders

An order is accepted when you receive a confirmation with an order number. We may cancel an order if the item is out of stock, if the address is incomplete, if the pincode is not serviceable, or if we suspect fraud — in that case any amount paid is refunded in full.

Every order is prepaid — we do not offer cash on delivery.

5. Payment

We accept UPI, cards, net banking and wallets through our payment provider. Orders are confirmed once the payment link has been paid; your payment provider's terms also apply to your transaction.

6. Delivery

Prepaid orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and usually delivered within 4–7 working days. Remote pincodes can take longer. If a delivery attempt fails three times, the order returns to us and we refund the amount after deducting courier charges, unless you ask us to reship.

8. Coupons

Coupons cannot be combined, are valid only within their stated window and cannot be exchanged for cash. We may withdraw a coupon or cancel orders where a coupon has been misused.

9. Intellectual property

All photographs, designs and text on this site belong to TRENDS YOUNIQUE. Do not copy them for commercial use without written permission.

10. Liability

We are responsible for the products we sell and for delivering them safely. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, such as strikes, weather or courier disruptions. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

11. Complaints and law

Write to care@trendsyounique.com with your order number; we acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 15 days. These terms are governed by Indian law, and courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have jurisdiction.
